Damaged or Missing Product
Here at Grounded Owl Botanicals, we understand that accidents can and sometimes will happen. If your order is damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged item, shipping receipt, and packaging to firstname.lastname@example.org. Then we will send out a replacement to you at no extra cost.
If an item is missing from your order as this sometimes happens as well, please email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you the best we can. Please send us a picture of the contents and the shipping slip for us to determine if an item needs to be reshipped.
Refunds and Replacements
Here at Grounded Owl Botanicals we pride ourselves in providing the highest quality essential oils to our customers and want our customers to love them as much as we do, so if for any reason you are not completely happy with your order you may ship it back within 15 days of purchase for a replacement oil. The returned product must be in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any of the original shipping cost and customers are responsible to pay for the return shipping.

If you are shipping items over $50 we suggest that you place insurance on the package as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the package that you have returned.
Once we receive the package we will inspect it, we will notify you of an approval or a rejection of your items. Once you are approved, a credit will be applied to your account and you may use it on your next purchase. If items are unused and in original packaging, with no damage, you will receive full credit for that product, an open or used product will receive a partial credit depending on how much is left of the product.
